Increased allowable load! Enhanced type ball decelerator 'SFP-S'

An improved cycloid curve that can handle higher loads: the ball reducer!

The "SFP Series" is a concentric axis reinforced ball reduction gear that has improved the cycloidal curve from the conventional BR series, increasing the allowable torque to approximately 1.5 times that of the same model. Additionally, by using three bearings in the output shaft section, the radial load has been strengthened to about twice that of the same model. An example that contributed to improved maintainability and reduced maintenance frequency and running costs.

We would like to introduce a case study of our "TCG Runner" implementation. There was a desire to use rack and pinion for the stocker transport in the automated warehouse; however, issues such as high noise levels and frequent maintenance were problematic. Therefore, there was a demand for higher precision of the equipment and improved maintainability. After implementation, the play that occurred during stops was eliminated, and errors in picking due to shocks and positional shifts no longer occurred. Additionally, while meeting the required takt time for the automated warehouse, we achieved smooth stops, reduced noise, and low wear, resulting in a longer lifespan. We would like to introduce a case study of our slim-type gear reducer, the "JFR Series." In a turntable used for the press-fitting process of parts, a gear reducer and a rotating table were combined. However, there was an issue where the position of the workpiece shifted due to backlash and impact during stops. After the introduction, we were able to eliminate the shift and impact during stops.
