Increased allowable load! Enhanced type ball decelerator 'SFP-S'

An improved cycloid curve that can handle higher loads: the ball reducer!

The "SFP Series" is a concentric axis reinforced ball reduction gear that has improved the cycloidal curve from the conventional BR series, increasing the allowable torque to approximately 1.5 times that of the same model. Additionally, by using three bearings in the output shaft section, the radial load has been strengthened to about twice that of the same model. Like the pole reduction gear, it inherits features such as non-backlash, high precision, and high efficiency. 【Features】 ■ Improved cycloidal curve ■ Increased allowable torque by 1.5 times (compared to conventional models) ■ Strengthened radial load by 2 times (compared to conventional models) ■ High efficiency ■ High precision and accuracy ■ Recommended motor capacity: 100W to 1500W *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study] High-Precision Positioning, Elimination of Play

An example that contributed to improved maintainability and reduced maintenance frequency and running costs.

We would like to introduce a case study of our "TCG Runner" implementation. There was a desire to use rack and pinion for the stocker transport in the automated warehouse; however, issues such as high noise levels and frequent maintenance were problematic. Therefore, there was a demand for higher precision of the equipment and improved maintainability. After implementation, the play that occurred during stops was eliminated, and errors in picking due to shocks and positional shifts no longer occurred. Additionally, while meeting the required takt time for the automated warehouse, we achieved smooth stops, reduced noise, and low wear, resulting in a longer lifespan. [Features] - Solves picking error issues with a non-backlash mechanism - Achieves takt time improvement with high-speed and smooth acceleration and deceleration - Extends maintenance cycles, contributing to reduced maintenance costs and running costs *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

Pinion-equipped ball reduction gear for TCG1210 to 2510 models 'SFP-P'

For TCG1210 to 2510 models! Simplifies the design and assembly processes, contributing to improved efficiency.

The "SFP-P Series" is a non-backlash ball reducer equipped with a roller pinion. Since it is a roller pinion set type, it simplifies the design and assembly processes, contributing to improved efficiency. By combining it with the cam rack and cam ring of the TCG series, it achieves high-precision positioning. 【Features】 ■ Non-backlash ■ Easy motor installation ■ Reduced assembly selection man-hours ■ Low noise ■ High-precision positioning *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study] Small Index Table Using Ball Reduction Gear

The specifications require non-backlash and low reduction ratios! A case study of our ball reduction gear implementation.

We would like to introduce a case study of our ball reduction gear, the "BR Series." The product application is for small indexing tables, with the main required specifications being non-backlash, repeat positioning accuracy, and low reduction ratio. It has been implemented in general industrial machinery and food machinery. Please feel free to consult us when needed. 【Case Overview】 ■ Product Application: Small Indexing Table ■ Operation: Rotation ■ Implemented Industries: General Industrial Machinery, Food Machinery ■ Main Required Specifications ・Non-backlash, Repeat Positioning Accuracy, Low Reduction Ratio *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study] Drive Source for Robot Travel Axis <Combined with TCG Runner>

A case where the compatibility with rack and pinion was good, allowing the TCG runner's abilities to be better demonstrated.

We would like to introduce a case study of our enhanced ball reduction gear, the "SFP Series." In a welding robot travel axis, a combination of TCG runners, planetary reduction gears, and servo motors was used, but variations in the stopping position occurred due to the backlash in the reduction gear. After implementation, the play during stopping was eliminated, and positioning accuracy was improved. [Case Overview (Partial)] ■ Issues - In the welding robot travel axis, a combination of TCG runners, planetary reduction gears, and servo motors was used, but variations in the stopping position occurred due to the backlash in the reduction gear. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study] Positioning of the Turntable

Installation is possible in limited spaces! Here are examples of how we were able to make the equipment more compact.

We would like to introduce a case study of our slim-type gear reducer, the "JFR Series." In a turntable used for the press-fitting process of parts, a gear reducer and a rotating table were combined. However, there was an issue where the position of the workpiece shifted due to backlash and impact during stops. After the introduction, we were able to eliminate the shift and impact during stops. [Case Overview (Partial)] ■ Issue - In a turntable used for the press-fitting process of parts, a gear reducer and a rotating table were combined, but there was an issue where the position of the workpiece shifted due to backlash and impact during stops. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
